By booking or using any services provided, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all photography services offered, including weddings, engagements, elopements, editorials, portraits, mini sessions, content creation, and photo booth services.
Alicia Wiley Photography operates from a studio based in Baltimore, Maryland, and reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
All bookings require a signed contract of agreement and a non-refundable retainer to secure the date and time of your session or event. Dates are not guaranteed until both the contract and retainer have been received. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the scheduled service date.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding event details, locations, schedules, and any special requests. Alicia Wiley Photography is not liable for missed moments or incomplete coverage due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client or delays beyond reasonable control.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing. Retainers are non-refundable but may be transferable to a new date at the sole discretion of Alicia Wiley Photography, based on availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as illness, emergency, or force majeure, Alicia Wiley Photography reserves the right to reschedule or provide a replacement photographer of similar skill and style.
All images produced remain the intellectual property of Alicia Wiley Photography. Clients are granted a personal-use license to download, print, and share images for non-commercial purposes. Commercial usage, resale, editing, or alteration of images without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
Turnaround times for edited galleries vary depending on the service type. Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of booking. While every effort is made to meet deadlines, delays may occur during busy seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Alicia Wiley Photography maintains a consistent editing style and artistic approach. By booking services, clients acknowledge and accept the photographer’s creative discretion in capturing and editing images. Requests for specific styles or edits must be discussed before booking and are not guaranteed.
Clients grant Alicia Wiley Photography the right to use images for portfolio display, marketing, social media, and promotional purposes unless a written request for privacy is submitted prior to the session or event.
It is the client’s responsibility to obtain any necessary permits, permissions, or approvals required for photography at chosen locations. Alicia Wiley Photography is not responsible for restrictions imposed by venues or third parties.
For events involving large groups, such as weddings or photo booth services, the client agrees to designate a point of contact to assist with coordination and ensure smooth operation. Alicia Wiley Photography is not responsible for the lack of participation or cooperation from guests.
By engaging Alicia Wiley Photography, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in full.
