Mt Washington Mill Dye House Wedding // Madison + Conor // Baltimore Photographer

I think the reason I keep my words on blog posts short and simple is because I ramble all over the place out of excitement. I want you all to see what I see and I am basically scream typing haha. One of my favorite things about engagement sessions is to capture images of a couple before they are a bride and groom, it's the 'fun before the formal' and it makes me happy. I first met these two at sunrise in Fells Point for their e-sesh, photos here, and their wedding brought the Baltimore love vibe full circle. Madison and Conors wedding day was the absolutely gorgeous and I am obsessed with dusty blue now....I hope it becomes a popular wedding color this year! I've never seen the statues outside of the Dye House decorated before so it was super fun that the lions had flower crowns and ribbons, ha! The massive floral arrangements hanging from the ceiling had me legit screaming with excitement (silently, so I don't seem cray), they were stunning and incredibly designed to match the wedding decor. Madison did a first look with her Dad before her first look with Conor...I think these are so special now that I am a mama of girls, I dream of the day my hubby will see our daughters for the first time on their wedding day. When we arrived at the venue there was a string trio playing as the guests were seated and since we were able to do all of their formal portraits before the ceremony they got to enjoy their whole cocktail hour! Which is rare but it always works out perfect for winter weddings. Everything from the golden details, the funny heartfelt toasts, the oyster shells place cards (even the guys ties had tiny oyster shells), the doughnut bar (yassssss), the live band (y'all rock!) the delicious food (Copper Kitchen, those potatoes, WOW!) and so so so much more was perfect... just everything, e.v.e.r.y.t.h.i.n.g. was perfection!
