I want to express my deepest gratitude to everyone who has supported my business since I first started portraits in 2013. I have loved capturing moments and celebrating milestones through portrait photography for the last 11 years.

I have been very open about my day to day business life and personal life on social media because I value honesty and transparency. If you have followed along you may have noticed I went quiet. I miss it, truly, but after taking a break, I have grown to enjoy being less present online, so I can be more present IRL (in real life).

Photography is my full-time job, taking photos is as natural to me as breathing, it is something I find joy in, as well as a deep connection to. The photography experience I give my clients is important to me, and to keep it real, I have needed time to plan how to show up better for my clients, for my family and for myself.

Why I am stopping portraits to do weddings only? The answer is layered. The decision is not about what I think I am most skilled at, I feel I am equally talented at both. Ultimately, I had to pick which would give me the most flexibility to be a caregiver to my daughter, she was diagnosed with Autism and several other co-diagnoses, which require 24/7 care. My day-to-day life outside of running businesses involves juggling 9 doctors/therapists...and while I may be a Type A Capricorn, I can only juggle but so much.

Why now? My last weddings of the year are in October which makes November wide open to do portraits every Sunday with a 1 week turnaround.
What's new? My mini session pricing has remained the same for years, I have been very stubborn about raising it. However, the cost of running a small business continues to increase. Mini sessions will go from $250 to $300 and split into 2 payments of $150. The booking process will remain the same, as well as my inability to deliver 15 photos, it's always more LOL. I am so excited!
